| HOW TO CHOOSE SALTED FISH
Nowdays,a lot of youngster generation doesnt know how to appreciate and value our precious traditional food ''the salted fish'' or ''ikan masin''in malay and ''Ham Yue'' in chinese(i think so??)..
So today im gonna write about how to choose a good salted fish from market so next time u can cook it yourself or for your family...Our dad most like salted fish so those girl who want to marry,learn to choose and cook this ''salted fish'' immedietly..
Ok ok,lets start
-1st thing to remember is to remember about the salted fish tail,the tail must look like the picture above then it is consider good and nice!If the tail broken already(like being bite by dog or cat steal the fish)then it was not good,dont buy that one...
-The next thing is to see th fins,like the tail,the fins also must be in good conditions,if the fins also broken or no fins,then no need to buy that fish..not good..dont buy ok??

-Then you turn the fish around, check the other side (like the way shown
in the above pictures) if the fish appear to be in good conditions then
u can see the whole fish like very solid llike that one ...
if like that,then the fish very good quality la!
-Then you check the upper body of the fish pulak .... check the shoulder
and chest, see got any holes or molds anot, a fresh salted fish would not
have any molds or holes on it one. If you see holes or molds then dun
buy ok?
-Then last skali please check the
fish'd teeth, make sure all the teeth is intact and also make sure the
teeth is still sharp ok? if the fish still has all the teeth that means
the fish is eating very well when hes still alive, so he could be very
delicious too and many nutrient!!
With the end of the topic,i hope u all can learn how to choose a very good 'salted fish' in future so you can cook for your family or bf/gf...
I dont know where to get this kind of fish!!i want to buy also..=p

Can remember now??hahaha...so,i just wan to say Happy Fathers Day and we as the future parents should appreciate our father so our future children will appreciate us like we appreciate our father when still in his care..Dont hate or say sumthing bad to your father and your children might do the same thing to you later..!!Peace yeah!!=p
